Board meetings are the first Wed of every other month
Board Meetings will be in March, May, July, Sept, November. Board meetings are open to all – 1005 Oak Street, Indiana, PA – second floor – 7 pm. unless announced otherwise.
Committee meetings are every other month
Committee meetings are in February, April, June, August, October, December at 7:00 and 8 pm. All are welcome – Join a committee and help support Evergreen Conservancy.
Location: Committee meetings are held on the second floor – 1005 Oak Street. Come in the door closet to the parking lot and go up the stairs. Hope to see you there.
Finance/Fundraising Committee is held the 3rd Thursday of the month at 8 pm
PR meeting is the 3rd Thursday of the month unless other wise indicated at 7 pm.
Any changes to meeting times will be posted on the main page and published in the Indiana Gazette newspaper.
